10 Years Old
Memories. That's all that Daffy has left. Uprooted from his long time home and familiar surroundings, 10-year-old Daffy came to Animal Friends after the death of his elderly caregivers. Cats have a hard time dealing with change, and Daffy is shy and curious about his new surroundings. All alone now, he looks into the cages of the other cats, perhaps searching for his former friend, Aspen.
Daffy is a very handsome cat, long and lean like a lynx with strikingly beautiful markings. He's very quiet and quite affectionate. He enjoys nuzzling our volunteers and likes a grooming with a soft brush. Since Daffy lived with another cat, he may do well in a multi-cat household. If you could find it in your heart to welcome a lonely cat into your home, come in and meet with our counselors to see if Daffy is right for you.
Akin to Grisabella in the musical "Cats," Daffy remembers the time when he knew what happiness was. You could make the memory live again.
