Cris' Animal Friends Critter of the Week for Aug. 23rd:

Daisy

I am a mature girl who is looking for a family to call my own.

He loves me, he loves me not, he loves me, he loves me not. Our sweet Daisy is hoping to hear the words "We love her and want to take her home with us."

This mature lady is friendly, calm and has plenty of love to give. At 13 years of age she has had enough playing and running around and is looking for a quiet home where she can relax with you. While she still enjoys the outdoors, sniffing around and short walks on her leash she is perfectly content to curl-up on her soft doggy bed and take a nap. At this stage Daisy wants to have a home and family to call her own.

Daisy has been diagnosed with low thyroid function and needs to be given daily medication to help maintain her level. She is doing well at this time and because she enjoys her treats giving her this medication has been easy.

Are you looking to make a difference in the life of a senior dog?

If so, stop by and meet Daisy. You may be the one to make all of her dreams come true.
